It depends on the position. Everyone has to start somewhere. If you are open to working outside and can handle some physical labor, then the most important factor is your attitude and willingness to learn. Related experience can be a plus, but keep in mind that we don't do mowing; see our "services" page for an idea of what experiences are valuable.

1. Landscape Technician: a detail-oriented landscaping professional who works in the field with the crew, and sometimes alone, using a variety of tools to ensure quality. 
2. Designer: Someone who is intimately familiar with the landscape operation and has the skills to create high-quality landscape designs that will be proposed to clients.
3. Install and Maintenance Foreman: An individual qualified for this role is capable of understanding and following a landscape plan, knows how to perform all tasks of a landscape installation, is familiar and experienced with plant material, and also proficient at instructing crew members on site in order to complete a landscape plan.
